Immerse your senses in the healing experience of the Forest Therapy. Inspired by the Japanese art of Forest Bathing to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. The package begins with an aromatherapy foot ritual with the pure essential oils of Cypress, Juniper Berry and Sandalwood. A Soothing Balm is then added to the feet before they are wrapped and warmed. The head, neck, shoulders and scalp are then massaged to help you drift away and release tension. You will then receive Japanese Reiki to rebalance your energies and the treatment is completed with sacred Palo Santo cleansing smoke.

This spa ritual brings an infusion of holistic therapies to to bring rebalance and relaxation to you during the Autumn Months.

With the beautiful warming organic blend of Frankincense, Cedarwood & Rosemary Essential oils. Your feet are bathed, massaged and then wrapped with this beautiful aromatic blend.

Warm Frankincense, Cedarwood & Rosemary oils are then massaged on your back, neck & shoulders to ease any tension and bring relief to stress. The calm of Reiki then balances your energy centres as you drift away after the massage.

As you turn and relax further, you then experience soothing release with the use of acupressure, lymphatic drainage and massage techniques on your face, neck and scalp, easing out the stresses and strains of daily life, before an aromatic warming eye mask is placed to soothe your eyes.

Reflex points of the feet are then massaged with Reflexology before the ritual ends with Himalayan Sound Bath and Chimes.

Take time out for an Enchanted Journey with therapeutic essential oils. Enhance the immune system and receive some self-care.

As you lay on a heated treatment bed, your feet are bathed with the aromatic essential oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Pine and Tea Tree. Helping your body and senses boost your immune system, provide protection and strength.

Any stress is melted away with a back of the body massage with warm oils to release any tension held in the shoulders, back, neck, legs and feet. Your whole body then receives Reiki to rebalance your energies and encourage a sense of peace and calm.
